New York City (Manhattan)
This preeminent new address in New York is situated directly along Central Park.
The 70-story tower is one of the very few buildings that, with generous height and precise location, afford their residents sweeping vistas of Central Park. The view encompasses a South-to-North length vantage point of two and a half miles and over eight hundred acres.
Completed in 2019, this $1.4 billion construction project includes the design and installation of 87 Amore custom range hoods.
Long Beach Island, New Jersey
This is undeniably one of the most magnificent homes located in LBI. This majestic beach haven strikes that perfect balance of comfortable and inviting entertaining space with luxurious personal quarters.
Fit for a master chef , Amore designed a culinary creation unlike any other kitchen you’ve ever seen. The crown jewel is the stunning island that comfortably seats eight. It is topped with a massive 8-foot range hood that is nothing short of a work of art.
In addtion, the custom island flawlessly incorporates a stainless-steel oyster bar with built-in drains, a deep fryer, induction cooking unit, infrared grill, gas cooktop units, steam oven, microwave oven and convection ovens. It is by very definition a dream kitchen.
Sunny Isles Beach, Florida
This $1.6 billion project has an estimated completion date of 2022. Miami’s most exquisite living experience awaits at The Estates at Acqualina. It is a dazzling collection of curated homes managed by Acqualina Resort & Residences. It is ranked by TripAdvisor as the number one luxury beachfront resort in the continental U.S.
These magnificent 50-story towers are set on the immaculate sands and glistening ocean of Sunny Isles Beach. It features a mere two residences per floor, they come fully furnished by world-renowned Karl Lagerfeld
Amore’s exclusive partnership with one of the world’s most celebrated designers resulted in the installation of 150 custom Amore range hoods throughout the different luxurious residencies.
